Victoria Morgan-Smith
Associate Principal
Victoria is an independent consultant with nearly 30 years' experience in the technology industry, 15 of which have been spent operating within organisational leadership. There, she has coached teams and senior leaders to effectively deliver outcomes within a culture of inclusion, collaboration, curiosity and generosity.
Victoria spent almost 20 years at the Financial Times, during which time she helped (and learned from) every corner of the organisation. This has included leading on digital transformations, establishing enablement teams, running internal technical conferences and more generally bringing a focus on business agility, change management and coaching.
She is a trained Organisational Relationship Systems Coach and is currently working to become an Associate Certified Coach. She is also a qualified MBTI coach and Mental Health First Aider who has talked internationally at conferences. She is the lead author (with Matthew Skelton) of the book and coaches on the role of internal conferences in establishing a collaborative learning culture.
