Renee Hawkins is a technology leader and transformation practitioner with over 25 years of international technology consulting experience. She has passion for optimising business value through organisation design, building a strong culture, leadership development strategies, career development and competency modelling, as well as, all the data driven operations needed to align supply and demand in a hyper growth company. Renee spent 18 years working at ThoughtWorks wearing a variety of hats as a practitioner, helping to open international offices, leading client engagements and as part of the executive leadership team in the UK.
Renee has extensive experience with supporting clients in their transition to becoming digital businesses. She has led large agile global development teams and helped clients align their business strategy and technology capabilities.
She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, and received the Thiokol Award for Excellence in Engineering and Design for her Senior Design Project. She won Woman of the Year at the 2021 Women in Tech Excellence awards. She has been a finalist for Women in the City Future Leaders Award and has worked in North America, Europe, India, China, Hong Kong and Singapore. Renee’s a mother of two young children and a passionate advocate for inclusivity.
