Duncan is an independent consultant with over 30 years experience in information technology; with a strong belief in the benefits of Lean and Agile practices in ensuring investments in technology are successful in meeting business needs. Most recently he has been consulting to enterprises large and small; advising on funding models; organisational design and ways of working, as well as anchoring large digital and core-banking transformations. 

He brings experience in managing large agile global development teams; transforming IT development capability organisationally and is particularly adept at finding common language to explain the benefits of modern software development practices in business terms to bridge the gap between technology and non-technology executives; supporting the important change process and human side of successful technology transformations.
