Becky Thorn Sietsma is an experienced consultant helping teams to align and evolve their organisations so together they can create impact at scale in an ever changing world.
Becky brings 20 years experience in technology and humanitarian sectors. Her PhD in mathematics provides an ability to handle complex and dynamic contexts, which she has applied to a variety of real world problems: from mobile data collection for humanitarian emergencies to UK government digital transformations to ways of working for data science in retail.
She spent 7 years at ThoughtWorks implementing agile, lean and DevOps practices alongside clients across public, private and social impact sectors.
Her consulting focus is business-tech alignment, and she champions the important three-way collaboration between: strategy - team design - tech architecture.
Becky enjoys supporting teams grappling with complex problems to create solutions, and enabling organisational culture change. She seeks to support teams in a psychologically-safe way to become what they want to be.
